My name is James and I'm a dedicated sports massage therapist and reflexologist based in Cheshire with a passion for promoting health and well-being through targeted massage techniques and reflexology, I aim to enhance physical performance, Increase range of motion, relieve tension and support overall health. My commitment to helping clients achieve balance and vitality drives me, creating a personalised and rejuvenating experience which will include treatments like cupping therapy, positional release, deep tissue massage, Gua Sha and Thai reflexology.
